Quick Start for Recruiters​

  1. Sign in to the Recruiter Dashboard with your organization credentials.
  2. Create your first job by navigating to Jobs → Create New Job and filling in the role details.
  3. Install Talent Scout — our Chrome Extension to source candidates while browsing LinkedIn or Naukri.
  4. Configure AI Interviews — set up autonomous interview templates with custom competency rubrics.
  5. Review candidates in the pipeline view with AI-generated scorecards and recommendations.
