Dashboard Metrics
The analytics dashboard provides real-time metrics:

High-level overview for university management:
- Total eligible students, registered students, placed students
- Company-wise offer distribution

2. Department-Wise Report
Detailed breakdown per academic department:
- Placement rate per department
- Average, median, highest CTC per department
- Skill gap analysis — which skills are in demand vs. available
3. Company-Wise Report
Detailed engagement metrics per company:
- Roles offered and positions filled
- Assessment pass rates
- Interview-to-offer conversion
- Student feedback on the company process
4. Trend Analysis
Multi-year historical analysis:
- Placement rate trends over 3-5 years
- CTC growth trends
- Industry demand shifts (IT vs Non-IT, emerging sectors)

Generating Reports
- Navigate to Reports → Generate Report.
- Select the report type, date range, and filters (department, company tier, batch year).
- Choose the output format:
- Interactive Dashboard — in-app with charts and drill-down
- PDF Export — formatted for print and accreditation submissions
- Excel / CSV — raw data for custom analysis
Accreditation Support
